SPECIFICATIONS:  The FT1211 dogleg hose assembly machine is designed to assemble every standard Aeroquip Industrial and Marine screw together fitting.

It will accommodate both straight and elbow fittings including dogleg fittings ranging in hose sizes from 3/16" (-03) thru 3" (-48).  The spindle vise has a 9.5" through hole for fabricating assemblies with large flange and dogleg fittings.

CONDITIONS & WARRANTY:  This machine was completely disassembled, cleaned, inspected and reconditioned.  It includes a one year warranty on parts and labor.

All mechanical components were disassembled, cleaned and thoroughly inspected, with questionable parts replaced.  The electrical components were thoroughly cleaned and inspected, with questionable parts replaced.

The electric motor and transmission were cleaned, inspected and serviced.  All electrical wiring was replaced.  A lubrication system was installed for ease of maintenance. The FT1211 was thoroughly tested for correct operation.
