2" Adjustable Hose Crimper - Used
The Dayco D205 crimper replaces the Dayco DE60 Crimper and the DE100 Crimper and is designed for crimping many hydraulic applications.
This is a variable crimper designed to crimp a wide range of hose and coupling styles. This adjustable hydraulic hose crimper is a real workhorse with 80 tons of crimping force. It has the ability to crimp 1 & 2 wire braid and 4-spiral wire hose up to the 2" ID sizes.
Color coding the dies saves time and helps prevent mistakes. The addition of a standard crimp coupling stop makes it easier to set crimp lengths for normal crimping. This sturdy machine has 4 strain rods to increase crimping precision, a micrometer gauge with a limit switch for greater crimping accuracy, a simplified controller design, featuring a built-in circuit breaker and emergency stop switch. Standard features include a coupling stop, pusher retraction stop, seven standard color-coded die sets & a built-in hydraulic pump.
