If you need to return a product please contact our customer service department at (423) 821-4183 so they can identify the issue and give you an RGA (return goods authorization number).

No product can be returned without an RGA number. You can return an item if it is within five (5) business days after receipt.

Please note: returns sent without a valid RGA number will be returned to the sender and no credit will be issued.
